NETA – Electrical Test Tech LLC
Electrical Test Tech LLC (ETT) works with local utility companies, electrical contractors, and facility maintenance contractors for various federal and commercial facilities in the Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia region. Their work consists of acceptance testing and maintenance testing.
ETT was founded by Dave Haskin in 2019. Dave has been working in the electrical testing industry since 2008 and was excited to start his own venture along with partners Scott Callaghan and Steve Kelly Jr., who each have over 15 years of commercial electrical experience. Haskin became a Level 4 NETA Senior Test Technician in 2019 and is now excited to share his knowledge and leadership with the rest of the industry as an owner.

The main services ETT has to offer include acceptance and maintenance testing of electrical apparatus. They perform acceptance and maintenance testing on low-voltage, medium-voltage, and high-voltage equipment. ETT also performs thermal imaging, ultrasonic inspections, power quality metering, and electrical switching of medium-voltage equipment.
While Electrical Test Tech’s main territory is focused on the DMV, they have also serviced outside areas including Alabama, Nebraska, and Florida, and are open to international support depending on the needs of their customers. ETT also understands that to be a successful company they must have the right personnel in place.
