Cleaned the residue with hard plastic bristled brush. The area must be cleaned to identify where the leak is coming from.
Source of the 2nd oil leak. This is a valve coming from the Buchholz relay. This area was cleaned.
Top of the transformer. Conduits distribute oil to the top of the bushing taps. Liquid tight has secondary CT wiring.
